Summary/Abstract: Nowadays nudity is very often associated with sexuality and sex. That causes nudism seem to be inappropriate and forbidden. In fact its philosophy is totally different. Nudists take care of freedom and connection to the nature, never combine nudity to the sex. There are many nudist’s organisations which can provide common spending free time and integration. We must also remember about healthy effect of nudity and connection to the nature.
