Summary/Abstract: The latest literature on women's sexuality shows that predictors of sexual dysfunction in women are sexual abuse in adulthood, a high level of stress and fear of attachment, thus avoiding involvement in emotionally close relationships. According to a study by Manuel Calao-Perez, Ana B. Gonzales and Eduardo Enriquez Gonzales- Cuenca shows that the causes of anorgasmia in women include: young age, low educational level, lack of a permanent relationship and dissatisfaction with the size of the member of the partner. The study of S. Assari shown that avoiding intercourse is often the phenomenon in women with coronary artery disease. For causes of avoiding intercourse in women with CAD statistically significant factors were found to be: depression, somatic comorbidity of other diseases, lowered physical ability and fatigue.
