Summary/Abstract: Researching structures organizing of emotive semantic field on the basis of national language of ethnos in Russia, we would like to note an importance of phrase logical picture of the world. This phrase logical picture, being formed within the frame of national language, enables to describe live facts according to nation’s cultural and historic traditions, rules, religions and lifestyle. Examining the role of phrase logic elements in forming phrase logical picture, we can assume close connection with semantic field. The emotive semantic field is determined as a complex system which consists of numerous lexical and phase logical elements. These elements, contacting with each other, forms a specific structure of relations in a way “from more important element to less important element.” This complex structure is well revealed with a help of examples from Yakut language, one of the representatives of Turkic languages family.
