Summary/Abstract: In the beginning of the paper the author defines the definition "adoption" and gives short information about lexical adoption. The main part of the article is devoted to the theme chosen by the author – terminology loan words and process transterminologization in PR-terminology. In the conclusion of the paper the author says about further study prospects of this problem.
