Fighting legal highs with criminal law provisions of the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction

Summary/Abstract: This publication is devoted to the issue of combating “legal highs” by means of criminal law. In connection with the prepared amendments to the regulations, it is necessary to subject the proposed changes to an analysis. Essentially, one should agree with the need to introduce criminal liability for the possession and marketing of “legal highs”, although it seems that the presented projects do not solve all the problems already diagnosed.
