Summary/Abstract: In the article, the newest bio-bibliographic materials connected directly with scientific activity of one of the most outstanding scientists of modern Turkmenistan are presented. His works offer novelty of the given research questions and are characteristic by originality of conclusions. Consequently, they cause great interest in experts in his country, and also far behind its boarders.
