Summary/Abstract: This study is an attempt to analyze a characteristic, modern and increasingly used method for direct selection of prominent specialists, talents and modernists, namely headhunting, which is of a contradictory nature, for the management of human capital in the organizations. On the one hand, the method is useful for talented employees by providing them with favorable conditions and prospects for development. From another point of view, it is harmful to the organization, which in practice loses its useful employee, most often in a significant, strategic, leadership position.
