Summary/Abstract: Undoubtedly, exactly as in each dispute, in the adoption trial as well, the consent occupies an important place. Consent, as it relates to adoption, refers to the agreement by a parent or a person to relinquish a child for adoption and release all rights and duties with respect to that child. The purpose of this paper, which in no case is highlighted by its scope, given the limited and concise benchmarks, is represented exclusively by the analysis of the consent of adoption.
