Summary/Abstract: Office management in the prosecutor’s offices is based on general and specific framework for processing of particularly sensitive data in criminal matters. Registering of the material actions taken in the automated system (TCMS), and complementary semi-automatized and manual records enables security transparency and objectification of working processes. The expressed automatization of the principles of alertness and expediency manifested in keeping inactive records in the registry with automatic signaling of the time to be put into operation in a rounded organizational and office framework is a condition of overall efficiency.
