Journalists’ requests and queries that were the largest users of such media bases have created a selection of methodological approaches for searching and sorting documents (newspaper articles) in response to requests for specific content. Journal articles were grouped according to areas of knowledge in in alphabetical order in Croatian language: Society / Healthcare / Social Care, Ecology, Economy / Economy, Finance, Croatia Foreign Policy / World / International Relations, Communications / Media, Culture and Art, Education, Religion, Sport, Judiciary / Crime, Internal Politics, Science and Public. For each area of knowledge, thesaurus was created according to the key words of journalist queries that were arranged by documentaries.
