Summary/Abstract: The governments of the countries in which the Irish nomads live, organize special programs for them, not only their education, health care, but also housing, which means abandoning their nomadic way of life. However, for many nomads, life in caravans and rules determined by themselves, even if they are perceived by the Irish majority as the people who live on the edge of society, continue to be a full-fledged life.
