Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the place which ensuring credibility of identification and transaction processes has in the state security system. The article deals with the place which ensuring credibility of identification and transaction processes has in the state security system. The author presents the most essential factors affecting the above security categories, as well as relations between identification and transaction security and other categories of security. The article indicates that PWPW plays an important role in the state’s security system and that the business activity of PWPW, including banknote, document and related IT systems, creates the fundamental interest of the state’s security.
