The Subject Matter Of Administrative Procedure In The Legal System of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author considers the legal concept of the subject matter of administrative procedure in the legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The concept has been defined in exceptionally narrow terms, which implies that an administrative proceeding may be initiated only against an administrative act. Given the fact that the definition provided in the legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an exception as compared to the legislations of other countries in the region, the author of this paper provides a comparative overview of the legal regulations on the subject matter of administrative procedure in the former SFRY countries. The aim of this paper is to provide the legislator with relevant points of reference and benchmarks for possible changes of respective legal solutions.
