Issues regarding the constitutionality of the seizure

Summary/Abstract: The seizure is a special procedure available to the creditor who does not hold an enforcement order, to obtain temporary freezing of assets owned by the debtor, so that at the end of the trial they can be traced for the sufficiency of the claim determined by the court. The regulation of this procedure has been the subject of many unconstitutionality objections, which, during this study, we’ll attempt to mention.
