Summary/Abstract: The individual labor contract represents the central element of labor legislation, characterized by specific features, whose analysis represented one of the main preoccupations of the doctrine and legal practice in the field, and continues to be a matter of interest even today, following the continuous evolution of the individual labor relationships, in the context of a national labor market that is in a permanent dynamics, with normative and social influences from the European and international space.
