The protocols issued by the bailiff in the matter of enforcement

Summary/Abstract: The protocols issued by the bailiff in the matter of enforcement are any procedural documents issued by the enforcing body in carrying out its duties and responsibilities related to the execution of the enforceable titles, their content being regulated in art. 678 para. (1) of the Code of civil procedure. The legislator unequivocally decided that in all the cases in which the law does not set forth the issue of a certain type of document (authentication, notification, letter etc.) the bailiff is obliged to conclude a protocol when a deed of execution is performed during the criminal prosecution, a number of 80 such deeds being identified and that the bailiff has to conclude.
