Summary/Abstract: The development of new technologies in accordance with the expansion of cyberspace has led to countless benefits both for organizations and people. Unlimited access to Internet, to the services provide by Internet and the emergence of new devices have greatly increased the number of users worldwide. However, these benefits have brought with them disadvantages created by malicious people after the development of cyber-attacks techniques. Thus, cyber infrastructures as basic parts of the information technology sector, have now become operational for both sides. Also, along with the advent, construction and development of cyber infrastructure, there has been an increasing demand for IT specialists, particularly in production, marketing, management and security areas.
