IDEAS OF PROJECTS WHICH MAY SET UP RESOURCES FOR ROMANIA’S NATIONAL DEFENSE

Summary/Abstract: The series of benefits that Romania can take advantage from, as a member state of the European Union, is the premise of this article, a scientific approach planned to bring new points of view into a new issue, which involves an inter- and trans-disciplinary approach through the need to involve elements in fields such as military science, economics and project management.This article has as a first research objective the creation of knowledge, namely the obtaining of scientific results and their transfer in practice, in order to help shape the bases of the new thinking and action style, the project-oriented thinking in order to achieve the national defense. In other words, the purpose of our research is to help promote the need to access ESI funds 2014-2020, to achieve strategic security objectives, and to develop and implement projects that are additional resources for Romania’s national defense.
