Summary/Abstract: A group of oil and gas field specialists within the Association of Oil and Gas Engineers (SIPG), proceeding to examine the Draft Law on some measures necessary for the implementation of petroleum operations by oil agreements holders related to offshore oil perimeters / 2018, in correlation with the other laws elaborated by the Romanian Parliament: Law no. 165/2016; Law no. 238/2004; Law no. 134/1995; Mining / Oil Law of March 24, 1937; Petroleum Law of March 28, 1929, Mines / Petroleum Law no. 2294 / 03.07.1924, Mining / Oil Law of 1904, as well as subsequent laws in the field, such as the Energy and Natural Gas Act or the PETROM Privatization Law, I was disappointed that unlike the previous laws of 1948-1990, the new legislation in the field was elaborated truncated, discriminatory - with dedication to corporate interests, sacrificing the interests of the Romanian state, ignoring the Romanian specialists, and violating the constitutional rights of the Romanians and public institutions.
