Summary/Abstract: The main source concerned with this subject consists of 14-page section entitled “Asiatic Reforms Confidental” and numbered Section No.68 and No.1 registered between pages 177 and 190 signed by Major Henry Trotter, of the report named “Turkey (Political) Consuls in Kurdistan and at Prisrend Major Trotter S. John, V. Consul at Erzurum Everett” dated 1880 and numbered FO 78/3132, which belongs to the document of Foreign Office located in London National Archives, England. In our study which will give results with new and original ideas; ethnic, religious and socio-economic structure North of Syria and east Anatolia are presented in general and in subtitles, by being faithful to the headlines in the mentioned report. In conclusion part, acquired data is presented in general headings. Important information Kurdish, Armenians, Turks, Syria and Nestorians, Keldanis, Yakubis, Catholic Syrians, Greeks, Yezidis, Arabs, Terekemes, Jews, Romanis, Qizilbash Turks and Turkmens with Circassians and Chechenians were mentioned in the report. Our study has been made distinctive by being supported with scientific publications relating to the topic.
