Summary/Abstract: It can be said that lobbying is a combination of science and art: from the point of view of science, there are techniques and strategies that any lobbyist or lobbying organization should know and use, and the proximity of art is determined by certain factors such as interpersonal relationships, experience, the ability to support a point of view, and the power of decision-making in achieving the proposed results. In order to be able to lobby, any interested person needs to know the legislative process, plan an action strategy, evaluate the political situation and adapt the plan to certain political changes, support the argumentation of positions through certain supportive techniques to convince audience, in order to determine the increase in the ability of politicians to adopt the presented positions. At the same time, this practitioner needs to develop certain political and practical arguments that support the cause of lobbying, establish and maintain personal contacts with politicians, to ensure a high level of credibility through correct information and reasonable assumptions.
