Common task of educational policy and family policy in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Modern society changes very quickly. The development of new technologies and modifications in the production process would force the employee of the future to be very well educated and ready to change his/her profession a lot of times. In order to comply with these challenges, the educational policy and family policy must be adapted to those forthcoming changes. The education of the future must take advantage of all skills and predispositions of students, as well as adults, in order not to waste their potential. Families with low educational potential, with social and cultural shortages, are unable to notice all predispositions of their children. We need cooperation of educational policy and family policy. We shall recognize the qualifications acquired during the education or professional employment, and allow to improve them.
