Summary/Abstract: In Romania there has not been, will not exist and will not be certainly in the next few years, a profitable cost recovery technology of gold from sterile ponds flotation whose content is below 1g gold / tonne sterile. Over 1g of gold/t have been recovered from several ponds in Brad area from Apuseni mountains. To capitalize gold from sterile containing less than 1g/t , the Australian firm Ronger offered to bring cost-effective technology before 1990.
