Summary/Abstract: The dividend policy, respectively the owners' option between reinvesting the net profit or dividing it partially or wholly in the form of dividends- is an issue heavily studied in the economic literature, as there is no consensus of the experts. Interconnection with other financial and investment policies strengthens the importance and responsibility of dividend policy.
