Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the administrative contracts as specific type of acts of public administration which are thoroughly studied in French legal theory, and in Republic of Macedonia still represent a novelty, both in science and the positive law. Paper defines institute of administrative contracts, determination of its core features and analysis of existing conditions with regard to its legal regulation and application in Macedonian legal system and practice.
