Summary/Abstract: This paper is dedicated to the scientific work of professor Popović in the field of Legal Cybernetics. Author presents the most important settings of Popović’s paper ”Application of cybernetics in the law”, which is the first study of its kind in our country. In addition, work is characterized by a theoretical explanation of a possible application of cybernetics in law.
