VISIONARY THOUGHT OF PROF. SLAVOLJUB POPOVIĆ ON ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACTS

Summary/Abstract: This paper is dedicated to the scientific work of professor Popović on administrative contracts. Author presents that Professor Popović, by thorough studying of solutions in similar legal systems and specifics of individual states within them, as well as of potential application of these solutions in our legal system, provided the basis for a more complete understanding of a number of issues that in some periods of his work did not exist or had quite different characteristics, but which are very relevant today. These findings are also relevant for institute of administrative contracts. In addition, the paper presents Popović’s view on the concept of administrative contracts, and Popović’s analysis of administrative contracts in Serbia and in foreign law.
