Summary/Abstract: Corruption is one of the most harmful phenomena for economic, social and political life of a country, thereby affecting both democracy and the legitimate rights and interests of citizens. Forensic investigation of this crime is the primary step in sanctioning corruption offenses wrong approach this step is likely to generate unable to establish the truth by judicial organs.
