Summary/Abstract: GUUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaidjan and Moldova) is a regional organisation whose goal is to take part at the transit of fuel form the Caspian Sea region towards Europe (taking part in the European Union programs TRACECA as well). The author talks about the importance of this project for the Republic of Moldavia and the economical, political, military and humanitarian cooperation between the states of GUUAM.
