Summary/Abstract: Taxes play an important role in financial, economic and social, different from one stage of development of the economy to another. In their evolution, direct taxes have kept up with economic development, either because they are established in certain material objects or types of activities, either income or wealth. Direct taxes being individualized, it is the oldest form of taxation.
