FORMS OF PATRIMONIAL LIABILITY OF EMPLOYEES IN THE LABOR LAW

Summary/Abstract: In the doctrine and Romanian jurisprudence has crystallized the concept that financial liability is a special contracts liability regulated by the Labor Code in a dedicated section (Title XI, Chapter III) which removed such material responsibility previously regulated by the old Labor Code, which provided that employees usually respond only to actual damage, injury recovery issuing a decision was made by the imputation that was enforceable, and cover the damage was done by deductions from salary.
