Summary/Abstract: The Bologna process has started on entire space of the EU, an ample modernization of higher education, on new principles of preparing concrete, comprehensive and pragmatic approach to future graduates on the labor market demands and workforce mobility. This process has required substantial reforms nationally, and also renunciation, sometimes not beneficial, at the systems and methods of training, sometimes very useful and very effective. Unfortunately, the action and the national response to the installation of this process was characterized either by excessive bureaucracy, either through ignorance of the effects. Therefore, the complex effects - some of them even harmful ways to implement - are being felt now. Therefore, we felt it necessary to bring back this issue extremely important from a strategic perspective for Romanian higher education quality.
