Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of terrorism has become a disease of modern society, a virus that grows in a sick body. The effects of this virus may be partially removed, but there is concern for finding the remedy total. The fight against international terrorism must be so designed that it does not become more of an obstacle to the tests they do those peoples to free themselves from colonialism. The complexity of causes, as the variety of forms and methods it uses modern terrorism , makes it one of the most complicated problems of today and appears as a bundling of shares based on dissatisfaction, frustration , hopes, emotions and unrealized goals
