A COSMOLOGICAL THEORY OF THE XXI

Summary/Abstract: The theory of Big Bang explains that Universe was born because of an enormous Big Bang of a singularity (a point with an infinite energy), 13.7 years ago, and from then on it is in a permanent expand. In this context, the present article seeks to answer the following questions: Will the Universe permanently expands or at a certain time will it stop expanding and begin contracting? Was the Universe born about 13.7 billions of years ago or is it endless? The author believes that the Universe has always existed (it has not been born and will not ever disappear), but it always contracts and expands, the same as the ocean moves without stopping (through ebb and flow).
