Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the study is trying to find the effect of ambidextrous leadership behaviors on employee’s innovative behavior. Lots of research has been done about the relationship between leadership and innovation. Wide extend of leadership theories make it difficult to explain exploration and exploitation dimension of innovation. Opening and closing behavior of ambidextrous leadership, latest leadership approach, seems to related with exploration and exploitation dimension of innovation. The data collected via survey includes ambidextrous leadership and innovative behavior statement also some demographics questions. 490 questionnaires are collected from employees. The effect of ambidextrous leadership on innovative behavior has found by evaluating the data analyzed by SPSS.
