Summary/Abstract: First interbelic decade signified for Romania one of the most rewarding periods of political history. Thus during this period, was restored the Great Romania, was pushed back Bela Kun's Hungarian troops dismantling, thus, its Soviet Hungary and was started to build a democratic political life. However, the greatest achievement of the first ten years in post war era was the adoption of the new Constitution.
