Summary/Abstract: The beginning of the XXI century projected the European Union as a global actor in the geopolitical and geostrategic reality of the planet. In fact, at the geopolitical scale, European Union is an indispensable player of any equation that contains not only known but also the unknown reconfiguration of a new international order, a new international climate whose denominator consists role in organic and operational attributes security.
