Summary/Abstract: The support of qualified human element is very important in the existence and success of tourism enterprises. It is emphasized in the literature that equality perceptions of wage gains, such as many factors, are important factors in the behavior of employees in business. The behavior of the employees resulting from leaving the work increases the turnover rate and increases the production costs for the enterprises. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between employee perceptions of wages and the tendency of employees to leave work and examine the difference of wage perceptions according to demographic variables. There were significant differences between employees' perceptions of equality in wage and gender, age, educational status, and occupational position variables; it was observed that there was a negative correlation between work separation behavior and wage perceived equality.
