Summary/Abstract: One of the organizational purposes of organizations is continuity. Human resources play an important role in the sustainability of organizational activities. Organizations that have achieved a significant competitive advantage with qualified, constantly renewed human resources, make a great contribution to employment. The continuity of the occupation depends on the increase and continuity of individual performance. Occupancies with sufficient added value can be the most important element of sustainable employment. In this study, it is aimed to increase individual performance and employment with coaching trainings related to productivity losses experienced in labor factor. According to his research literature, coaching trainings seem to have a positive effect on individual performance and therefore employment. In this context, implementation of coaching trainings for sustainable individual performance and employment will be beneficial.
