Summary/Abstract: In the early 1990s, the establishment of a social policy institute was a necessary thing in the face of the pre-transition period. ICCV is part of the research network being one of the nationally-established institutes and a modern organization that has always sought to come up with solutions in the social field related to the different periods that Romania has traveled since 1990 to the present.
