Summary/Abstract: Starting from the realities of Romanian society and the imperative of international cooperation, one of the priority objectives should consider the Romanian government is to create the optimal legal and institutional framework for efficient fight against crime. Among the various manifestations of crime, corruption, democracy prejudice yourself, affecting citizen confidence in the fundamental values of the rule of law: the rule of law, justice, pursuit of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
