Summary/Abstract: The dawn of year 2011 made the international community face unpredictable challenges. The disasters in Japan (the third economy of the world), as well as the new developments in North Africa and in the Middle East (important oil producers and suppliers) trigger a chain of losses worldwide.The situation continues to remain extremely strained and the disquietudes concerning world economy perspectives keep augmenting.
