Summary/Abstract: Knowledge is information with meaningful and information that acting. That's why the knowledge society is only possible associated with information society and may not be dissociated from it. Best understand, knowledge society is probably that of information society and knowledge. Essentially, the information society is the company which is based on the Internet. Furthermore, globalization is a priority and therefore, of the Internet. We can affirm that the global information systems could affect globalization on at least three plans: of infrastructure, operational and organizational. The concept of cyber security could be defined as a complex of measures, procedural, physical, logical and legal, aimed at preventing, detecting and correcting the various categories of "accidents", whether they originate from natural causes, whether they appear as a result of acts of sabotage.
