Universum of the College Versus Labour Market

Summary/Abstract: The academic discourse on the merge of the different roles of universities leads to a dialogue in which diverse views are emphasised. The example of the college’s universum considered in comparison with needs of the labour market is one of numerous areas of the dialogue. The article uses a factorial analysis tool. It can be helpful in scientific explorations. With its help it is possible to combine the appropriate functions of the university. You can also present their consistency with reference to specific factors which determine the specificity of the university as the type of Colleges. The reflections are carried out from the perspective of social pedagogy, which is a science combining theory with practice.
