Summary/Abstract: Characteristic of a teacher – master has been presented from a point of view of the students of the academy of art. is perspective aims to emphasize some important aspects of the teacher’s characteristic which may affect teacher-student relationship, as well as form it as a master-student relationship. The discussed issue does not cover all possible relations between a student and a teacher, but it gives a base to provide a dialogue between teacher and students. It also enables the exchange of experiences due to development of both participant of the relation, not only in the layer of didactics, but also artistics and personality.
