Summary/Abstract: The quality of a training course can be assessed by the level of the professional training and the possessed professional competencies of the trainees who have completed it, and if they meet the needs and expectations of the users of qualified personnel, then these users will be satisfied. By considering the level of customer satisfaction from the training of the qualified personnel and the manner in which they cope with their tasks at their workplace applying the professional competences which they have acquired, it can be established to what extent the conducted training corresponds to the set state requirements and whether it is adequate to the labour market needs, i.e. what its quality is.
