Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the system of staff motivation as a set of activities that stimulate staff not only for the work they are paid for, but mostly as retention process. The creation of a staff motivation system is connected to the study of the organization’s specific needs, interests and expectations. The author presents in the text a survey made on this topic. The realization steps are outlined. The results obtained are analyzed, based on which guidelines and recommendations for improving the process are formulated.
