STATUS OF A PROFESSIONAL CONSUL IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NOTARIAL FUNCTIONS

Summary/Abstract: The development of international relations has led to the emergence of the need for an entitywhich will perform its tasks under the authority of the sending State in the receiving State. In thisway, shaped consular functions are carried out through the consul, whose legal status at the presenttime is extremely important. Starting from a very general tasks as protecting the rights and interestsof citizens of the sending State and the strictly defined functions notary.
