Sexual abuse and its qualification in the practice of Medical Courts

Summary/Abstract: The following article refers to sexual abuse and its qualification in the practice of Medical Courts. Medical Courts deal very strictly with offenders from this category of professional offenses. The legal qualification of sexual abuse is based on the Code of Medical Ethics. Three issues related to sexual abuse are discussed in the article, the offenders of which have been deprived of the right to practice their profession.
