Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issues of suspension and deprivation of the right to practice the profession of physician by criminal and medical courts based on judgments issued abroad. In the field of health professionals, system users can exchange information related to both the recognition of professional qualifications, but they are also obliged to report cases of disciplinary and criminal sanctions that suspend or lose the right to practice as persons under related jurisdiction within the IMI system framework. The text presents the method of operation of the system and statistics on the warnings posted there.
